BUG FIXES:
-- Block all NPCAI actions and voice from running on a PED in pursuit to avoid PED glitching or stupid responses like (I'm stopping now when they're still running) when LSPDFR has a lock on the PED during a takedown. Once the takedown is complete, the block flag clears.
-- Fixed documents check action not working when the user changes their default interaction key from "T" to anything else. NPCAI now scans the PR ini and stores the users keybind so that the documents check action performs properly.
-- Fixed ped search not working when a user changes their default ped search keybind to something other than F10. NPCAI now scans the PR ini and stores the users keybind so that the action performs properly.
-- Fixed the license only action for vehicle traffic stops -- now you can request just the drivers license (no papers). Just say "show me your license". THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ID - which is for foot stops only.
-- Gemini audio now cuts off immediately when the ped dies for true immersion. It's actually very satisfying to have a ped talking and then shoot them mid-sentence and have it stop instantly. It makes the death feel more real and permanent.

NEW FEATURES:

NPCAI now includes Gemini 3.1 for more instantaneous responses, better PED audio, & smarter AI

Added ambient speech:
-- Civs, partner, and all emergency personnel will talk on their own whenever there is silence for one minute (or longer depending on your INI setting). It works for whichever ped is active one at that time, whether it be the civ, PR/STP partner, or any Emergency Personnel.

Added new live view/visual context:
-- A screenshot of your screen is now uploaded to Gemini every 10 seconds, analyzed by Gemini, and then a description is sent as an injection prompt directly into the active ped you're speaking with. What this means is - a ped can now see what they're wearing, colors, surroundings, objects, signs, whatever Gemini is able to transcribe from your screenshot. On their own, they will reference things in their surroundings, and you can even for example, show the PED something specific on your screen and then ask them what they see (i.e. headlight out, vehicle damage, open door, sign, etc.).
-- NOTE -- this uses a separate model than the 3.1 Flash Native Preview (your speech to speech for interactions model). Visual context uses Flash 3.1 lite, but due to the complexity and frequency of screenshot analyzing, it will burn through tokens fast. To combat this, I added a keybind in the NPCI.ini that allows you to toggle this feature on/off, especially in situations when you don't need it, like being in your vehicle, inputting MDT charges, wrapping up a traffic stop, etc.. This way you don't waste tokens when you're in situations that don't benefit from having this feature turned on. Turn it off instantly, or when starting a traffic stop, foot stop, or callout, turn it on and get an injection within about 5 seconds.
*** This feature DOES NOT count against your speech to speech tokens. ***

New emergency personnel keybind for exclusive interactions
-- All emergency personnel now have their own keybind to prevent targeting a civ during emergency personnel interactions or vice versa. Make sure to set this keybind up in the NPCI.ini file.

Added new "call-a-friend" action:
Now in PR, you can tell a PED to call a friend to come pick them up. I went a step further, and the PED actually pulls out their phone, starts going through contacts, then puts the phone up to their ear, and tells their friend to come pick them up with a brief description why (when applicable).

Partner and Emergency Personnel PR callouts:
-- Partners and Emergency Personnel can now perform PR callouts at your request. Tell your partner to call for backup, call EMS, call a tow, or call a coroner. Even dismiss all backup.
Included callouts: Tow / Coroner / EMS / Transport / Animal Control / Fire / Backup / Plate Check / Ped Check / Dismiss all Backup

Added a new PED "get in" and "get out" of players patrol car on command:
-- PEDS can now get in and out of your patrol car, without you having to open a door. They'll get in the front passenger first, then either backseat depending on whichever one is available. Pull up to any ped on the street, tell them to "get in my car" or "let's go for a ride" and they'll hop on in. To get them out, "step out of the vehicle" or "get out of my car". The previous cuffed ped entry where you could open the door and tell them to get in has been removed in favor of these new updated actions. Given that both PR and STP already have mechanisms in place to put cuffed peds in the back of the patrol car, I felt the previous car actions weren't necessary for cuffed peds.

Added new swap seats/switch seats action:
You can now command a driver and passenger to switch seats. This is used when you want the passenger to drive and not the driver. "Swap seats" is used when the driver and passenger are still in their vehicle. "Switch seats" is used when the driver and passenger are out of their vehicle. Switch seats can be commanded on either the driver or passenger - at which time, the passenger will be assigned as the driver and get in the driver seat. This also comes in handy if the driver is arrested and the passenger is free to go - which you can now command them to switch seats and have them leave with the drivers car.

PR Partner Frisk:
Thanks to Astro's API addition, PR partners and backup officers can now perform frisks when commanded - "hey partner can you pat them down for me", or "hey officer can you pat them down for me". They still can't perform arrests or uncuff for now, but hopefully everyone will enjoy having this new feature available.

Added in new action "Roll down all windows":
-- You can now command a ped to roll down all windows at the same time and all available windows will roll down instantly. Also, I completely reworked the logic for the ped roll down window action, so now any ped from any seat can roll down a window. Approach from the passenger side with a single driver and ask them to roll the window on the passenger side, and now they will. Whatever window you're in front of will get rolled down by whichever ped you're currently interacting with in the vehicle.
-- This INCLUDES tow truck drivers as well (for both PR & STP)

Ped Dismiss FULL rework:
I completely reworked the DismissNPC action. Now PEDS will dismiss with a single phrase in 1.5 seconds, and even talk as they walk off. The ped dismissal should now work 100% of the time with a single phrase.
-- I also added in a new keybind to Dismiss an NPC - as a backup solution. Works great too if you're in a hurry to leave. Just hit the keybind and take off. Not really needed with the new dismiss rework, but left it in anyway for users that want this option.

KNOWN BUGS:
Audio will still occasionally cut itself off due to the 3.1 preview model and the fact that Gemini still hasn't added in the ability for functions and speech to run simultaneously, so peds that perform functions during responses are still susceptible to having their audio cutoff. This is not an NPCAI issue, but rather a Gemini issue. Once Gemini updates and fixes this bug/issue, I will add the new update in immediately.
